Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how AirMouse ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services.

1. Information Collection and Use

AirMouse is designed to function as a Bluetooth HID (Human Interface Device) tool. To provide this functionality, we require certain permissions and access to your device hardware.

• Bluetooth: We use Bluetooth to search for, pair with, and connect to other devices (PCs, Laptops, TVs) as a virtual mouse or keyboard. We do not transmit or store your Bluetooth device history on external servers.
• Sensors: The "Air Mouse" feature uses your device's gyroscopic and accelerometer sensors to translate physical movement into cursor movement. This data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never recorded or transmitted.
• Vibration: Used solely for haptic feedback during user interaction within the App.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card or payment information; all transactions are handled securely by Google.
• Google AdMob: We display advertisements to support the App. AdMob may use device identifiers and personalized data to serve relevant ads.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to help us improve the App's performance and stability.

3. Data Storage and Security

Most of your settings (such as sensitivity and theme preferences) are stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. We implement reasonable security measures to protect this local data, but cannot guarantee 100% security for data stored on a mobile device.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to comply with a legal process.

5. Children's Privacy

AirMouse does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
